Use Fastpass Tickets to Save Time Queuing

Disneyland Paris is a magical place to visit and because of this it is frequently very busy especially when the children are on holiday from school. The last thing you want is to spend all day in long queues so Disney have come up with a very clever Fast Pass system that basically enables you to book your ride time.

Fast Pass Ticket

Your entry ticket counts as your Fast Pass and on all the big and popular rides you will find machines where you can insert your tickets and be given a time when you can come back and basically go to the front of the queue. To make it easier to plan the ride times being booked are shown above the machines.

To get maximum benefit you will need to plan ahead as you can only have one fast pass booking at a time. Also the very popular rides such as Peter Pan will run out of Fast Pass Tickets.

Thunder Mountain is our favourite ride so we tend to go there first when the park opens, book our Fastpass time and then join the queue (which is usually quite short at this time) Once we have had our ride it is usually time for our Fast Pass ride and so we can have a second ride without having to wait , We then wander to the Peter Pan ride where we book our next Fast Pass ride – this is usually for a couple of hours ahead so we then spend time with the Pirates and other rides in the area and when the time is ready we can pop onto the ride without having to wait many minutes. This is great especially when on really busy days the normal queue can be up to 90 minutes!

So as you can see you entrance ticket could also be the key to avoiding long queues if used in the correct way.
